Promotional Imprint

Foam products are ideal for promotional imprints - possible for many of our products with a minimum order quantity of only one packing unit. We use one-colour screen printing or refine your products with multi-colour thermal transfer printing.

SCREEN PRINTING

We uniquely use one-colour silkscreen printing with physiologically harmless printing colours. Most suitable for the rough surface of polyurethane foam material are artworks with not too many details - "less is more"! Our standard printing colours: Black, white, blue, and red.

Please note that we can hardly work with Pantone or other colour matching systems as colours appear very different due to the texture of the polyurethane foam material.

THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTING

We use a very thin, highly extensible film (55 microns) which perfectly adapts to our flexible foam products and allows a brilliant colour reproduction. The PVC free transfer film meets the Oeko-Tex Standard.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

You should provice us with ready to print data for PC: .jpg, .eps, .png, .tif, .gif, or .bmp with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. We prefer vector graphics because of the scalability to adapt your desired motif perfectly to the characteristics of flexible polyurethane foam.
